A program built for UX researchers by UX researchers

To stay relevant and keep a fresh perspective, we gather a new group of experienced UX research experts every year to form the curation team

  1. Call for speakers - We were excited to receive 211 proposals this year.
  2. Curation - Three team members review the proposals; the first two evaluate the written content anonymously, while the third assesses speaking skills and energy.
  3. Putting together the program - The curation team discusses the talks with the strongest fit and looks for diversity in topics and speakers.
  4. Define the theme – We look for the common thread in the proposals to define the conference theme.
  5. Finetuning - After the selection, we support the speakers and workshop facilitators in preparing for their presentations in different coaching sessions.
